President Serzh Sargsyan sends telegram of condolence to RF President Vladimir Putin

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan sent a telegram of condolence to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on the tragic accident in the Moscow Metro which claimed numerous human lives. The Armenian President asked to convey his sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of the victims and wished all the injured a speedy recovery.
