President sends a congratulatory message to RA Distinguished Artist Arkadi Baghdasaryan on his birth anniversary

President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a congratulatory telegram to RA Distinguished Artist Arkadi Baghdasaryan on his 70th anniversary. “You have had significant contribution to the development of the modern Armenian fine art and inventive continuation of the century-old traditions of the Armenian painting school.
I wish you good health and further creative successes”, reads the RA President’s congratulatory telegram.
