President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian congratulated President Serzh Sargsyan on the victory of the RPA

President of Artsakh Bako Sahakian sent today a congratulatory message to the President of Armenia, Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on the 2017 elections to the National Assembly.

The message reads,

“Distinguished Mr. President,

On behalf of the people of Artsakh, authorities, and my own behalf, I congratulate you and all citizens of the Republic of Armenia on the elections held on April 2, 2017.

The elections were conducted in a free and active competition environment which was testified to by the international observers.

I am confident that the elections and the future new system will promote Mother Armenia’s consistent development and empowerment, enhanced level of governance, and strengthening of the Armenian statehood.

I congratulate you once again and wish peace, success and all the best.”
