President sends congratulatory message to RA People’s Artist, sculptor Levon Tokmajyan

President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to Armenia’s People's Artist, sculptor Levon Tokmajyan on his 80th birthday, wishing him robust health, longevity and new achievements.
