President Serzh Sargsyan welcomes President of Tavitian Foundation Aso Tavitian

President Serzh Sargsyan received today Tavitian Foundation President Aso Tavitian.

For valuable contribution to the strengthening of Homeland-Diaspora ties, the President of the Republic of Armenia handed a high State award - the Medal of Honor - to Aso Tavitian, which he was conferred upon on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia.

President Sargsyan thanked Aso Tavitian for his patriotic activity and wished him every success. Mr Tavitian accepted the State award with gratitude and considered it a great honor for him and his foundation to help build a vibrant society through education and strengthen public governance in Armenia.
