President Serzh Sargsyan congratulates RF President Vladimir Putin on jubilee

President Serzh Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with RF President Vladimir Putin, congratulating and sending him good wishes on birthday jubilee. The President of Armenia has also sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation.
