16.09.2017 / President Serzh Sargsyan to leave for Turkmenistan on working visit

On September 17, President Serzh Sargsyan will pay a working visit to Turkmenistan to attend the official opening ceremony for the 5th Asian Games in Ashgabat. To remind, an invitation to attend the opening ceremony was extended to the President of Armenia during the official visit to Armenia of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on August 24 this year.

President Serzh Sargsyan visits exposition on 200th birth anniversary of Hovhannes Aivazovsky

President Serzh Sargsyan visited the National Art Gallery of Armenia to view an exposition entitled “Hovhannes Aivazovsky: Creativity,” which is dedicated to the 200th birth anniversary of famous seascape painter Hovhannes Aivazovsky. The exposition presents the creative path of the great artist of Armenian origin, based on the collection of paintings and graphics kept in the National Art Gallery of Armenia and documents available from various archives.
