President Serzh Sargsyan attended the opening ceremony of the Dalma Garden Mall compound and visited the Armprodexpo exhibition

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan attended the official opening ceremony of the Dalma Garden Mall multifunctional compound in Yerevan.

Accompanied by the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margarian and the owner of the Mall, Chairman of the Tashir Group Company Samvel Karapetian, who conducted the opening ceremony, the President of Armenia toured the newly constructed compound. Serzh Sargsyan was informed that the center, which occupies over 45,0002 meter area has been built in compliance with the highest standards set for this type of complexes. It allowed to gather under one roof a number of leading world brands. Along with the brands and manufactures presented at the trading area, the Dalma Garden Mall comprises also a leisure zone, movie theaters, children’s playground, cafes and hypermarket. The Dalma Garden Mall is also aspiring to become a venue for different events such as exhibitions, presentations, fashion shows, concerts and other festivities and be indivisible part of the city’s daily life.

After the Dalma Garden Mall opening ceremony, President Serzh Sargsyan visited the traditional Armprodexpo specialized exhibition where the leading local companies engaged in the food production put on display their production – food, drinks, and catering. The representatives of small and medium enterprises, whose produce has already been acquiring its place at the internal market of the country, are also here. President Serzh Sargsyan, accompanied by the RA Minister of Agriculture and organizers of the exhibition, toured the Armeprodexpo pavilions, conversed with the participants of the exhibition, familiarized with their production and development programs.
