President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan extended his condolence to the former Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Italy Romano Prodi on the decease of his wife, Flavia Franzoni.

"At this difficult moment of irreparable loss, I share your anguish and wish you patience and courage of spirit," the note reads.
