President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated the Prime Minister of Italy Paolo Gentiloni

President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a congratulatory message to Paolo Gentiloni on his appointment as Prime Minister of Italy and wished him every success and numerous achievements in that responsible work for the benefit of the friendly Italy and further advancement and prosperity of the Italian people.

“Ancient strong ties, anchored in friendship and mutual sympathy, are connecting our two countries. I recall warmly our frank discussions held recently in Yerevan and aimed at fostering of our relations. Italy is one of Armenia’s important partners in Europe whose assistance is significant in moving forward the Armenia-EU developing cooperation”, reads the congratulatory message of the President of Armenia.
