Ceremony of swearing in the new judge takes place
By the May 27 decree of President Serzh Sargsyan, Karen Avetissian was appointed the judge of the Court of First Instance of Erebuni and Noubarashen communities.
Today, at the session of the Council of Justice in the presence of the President of Armenia there took place the swearing in ceremony of the newly appointed judge.
Assuming the high position of the judge, he gave the oath “to execute responsibilities of the judge according to the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, to be unbiased and principled, fair and humane, to observe all the requirements of the office, maintaining the supremacy of law and upholding the authority of the judicial power.”
Congratulating the newly appointed judge, Serzh Sargsyan expressed hope that he would deliver on his oath.
