The newly appointed Ambassador of Kuwait presented his credentials to Serzh Sargsyan

Today, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait Nawaf Abdul Aziz Al-Enezi presented his credentials to the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.

The President congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and wished him success in the implementation of his diplomatic mission in our country. Underscoring that relations between Armenia and Kuwait develop naturally and the agenda of the bilateral cooperation is expanding by year, Serzh Sargsyan stressed the importance of the continuous development of the interstate dialogue which, according to the President, has every necessary prerequisite.

The President recalled warmly his 2009 visit to the State of Kuwait and agreements reached during the high-level meetings which resulted in the opening of the embassies in the two countries and invigoration of the bilateral contacts.

President Sargsyan noted that Armenia is interested in the strengthening and deepening of the relations with the friendly Kuwait in which, according to the President, important role is assigned to the diplomatic missions in Armenia and Kuwait.

Ambassador Nawaf Abdul Aziz Al-Enezi assured that he has assumed his position with the readiness to call to life the agreements reached at the high level and signed documents and presented to Serzh Sargsyan his vision of the development of the Armenian-Kuwaiti cooperation in a number of areas.
