President Armen Sarkissian had today a phone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

The parties discussed the agenda of the Armenian-Russian interstate relations.
They also spoke about the current situation in Armenia and noted that all processes should proceed in the framework of constitutional requirements.
