President spoke on the phone with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy

President Armen Sarkissian spoke today on the phone with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini.

Mrs. Mogherini reiterated the EU assistance to the efforts aimed at building a prosperous and democratic Armenia. The parties discussed the domestic situation in the Republic. They stressed the importance of overcoming the deadlock exclusively through a constructive dialogue, in full compliance with the Constitution and the law.
