President Vahagn Khachaturyan attends the Hero of Our Times award ceremony

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan attended the award ceremony entitled "The Hero of Our Times" at the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan.

The event was attended by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Speaker of RA National Assembly Alen Simonyan, President of Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan, Chairman of Supreme Judicial Council Karen Andreasyan, members of the Security Council and Government, NA deputies, governors among other officials.

President Vahagn Khachaturyan presented the award to Benyamin Poghosyan, founder of the “Ben Art” center, participant of the 44-day war.

Awards were also presented to 12 participants of the Hero of Our Times program produced by the Information and Public Relations Center under the RA Prime Minister's Office: potter, founder of the "Saghmos Ceramics" brand, participant of the 44-day war, Andranik Manukyan; founder of the wooden toy manufacturing "Hatik" brand, Vardanush Grigoryan; miniaturist-copyist, founder of "Armenian Miniature Studio" Anna Margaryan; founder of "Hambardzumyan" dance school Avag Hambardzumyan; founder of "Gitak Robotics" programming and robotics studio Khachatur Nikoghosyan; founders of "Tonir wedding village" Hayk Yeranosyan and Sirarpi Khojabaghyan; founder of "Hndzan Tavern," participant of the 44-day war Hayk Mikayelyan; fashion designer, founder of "Shamshik" brand Anna Avetisyan; sculptor, founder of "Zinvorats Ishkahanats" charitable NGO Sirvard Berberyan; founder of microgreens production Inna Amirkhanyan; founder of "Horus studio" producing handmade leather goods Gor Vaghramyan, founder of "Ben Art" center, participant of the 44-day war Benyamin Poghosyan.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan presented the Grand Prize of the award ceremony to Sevada Khojabaghyan, a mathematics specialist, teacher, and founder of a school.
