The President receives many letters with requests, questions, or complaints. The letters testify to the great trust the people have in the President and expect him to help in solving their problems and concerns.

All letters addressed to the President are read carefully and all raised issues are considered on their merits. Every step is taken to solve the problems within the presidential authority; however, people often expect more than the President can deliver given the constitutional limits of presidential competences and the scope of actions. In such cases, the letters along with a probable solution are redirected to relevant bodies.
