Serzh Sargsyan in Stepanakert participated at the festive events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan, who has arrived at Stepanakert to participate at the festive events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh, took part in the official award ceremony held at the NKR Presidential Palace. Serzh Sargsyan congratulated the recipients of high state awards, wished them and all those present good health, success and peace on our borders and in the Armenian families.

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Artsakh’s independence, President Serzh Sargsyan gave a congratulatory speech.

After the award ceremony, which took place at the NKR Presidential Palace, at the Revival Square of Stepanakert President Serzh Sargsyan was present at the festive events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of independence.
