President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences on behalf of the people of Armenia and his own behalf to the President of the Federal Republic of Brazil Dilma Rousseff, families of the victims and friendly people of Brazil on massive flooding and mudslides, which continue to claim lives and cause enormous damage.
