President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves on the occasion of tragic events which resulted in death of ten innocent children at the orphanage in Haapsalu.

On behalf of the people of Armenia and his own behalf, the President of Armenia sent his condolences to President Toomas Hendrik Ilves and the people of Estonia and wished them fortitude and tenacity.
