President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on the occasion of a terror act in Makhachkala which claimed numerous human lives. Serzh Sargsyan asked to convey his sincere words of sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to all injured.
