President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a letter of condolences to the President of Philippines Benigno Aquino on the ferry accident and heavy flooding which claimed multiple human lives and caused considerable damage. The President of Armenia expressed deep condolences to the President Benigno Aquino and friendly people of Philippines, wishing them tenacity and resolve.
