Presdient Armen Sarkissian’s letter of condolences

I learned with great pain about the death in the crash of the pilots of the military helicopter of the RA Armed Forces Lieutenant Colonel Armen Babayan and Major Movses Manukian.

This is a huge loss for our country and our people. At this difficult time, I send my condolences to the families of our brave servicemen, their friends and colleagues and share their grief.
