President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of Teacher’s Day.
The message states:
“Dear Teachers,
I congratulate you on the occasion of Teacher’s Day.
In our country teaching has traditionally been viewed as a special mission and a special call, and has always been highly regarded. It is no accident that our outstanding artists and scientists have always been honored and addressed as “master” or “teacher”.
In modern Armenia, where we strive to have a developed, educated, and contemporary society, the task of the devoted and skilled teachers has become even more significant. The shaping of our society’s future scientific and moral image depends primarily on you.
Once again congratulating you on the occasion of this beautiful holiday, I wish you undying enthusiasm and talented students whose future endeavors will make proud not only their parents and teachers but all of us.”
