On behalf of the people of Armenia and my own behalf, I sincerely and cordially congratulate You on Your election as President of the Russian Federation.

Your convincing victory in the presidential elections testifies to the wide and lasting support of the people of the Russian Federation for Your policies aimed at Russia’s all-round development, reformation and modernization of the country, and further enhancement of its role and influence in the global processes.
