President sent a congratulatory message to the RA People’s Painter Zaqar Khachatryan on the occasion of his 90th birth anniversary

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the RA People’s Painter Zaqar Khachatryan on the occasion of his 90th birth anniversary.

“The excellent academic education and the four-year participation in the Second World War have rendered you one of the unique representatives of our painting school: the man who value every single human life and who never stops feeling admiration and surprising us by his wonderful pictures of nature. On the occasion of your jubilee, I wish you good health, happy life and all the best,” reads the congratulatory message of the RA President.
