President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the People’s Artist of Armenia Robert Elibekian on the occasion of his 75th birth anniversary.

“You are a representative of the generation of artists who, defying the stereotypes of the time, opened a new page in the history of the Armenia fine arts.

As a worthy follower of the Armenian masters and the bearer of the artistic traditions of your family, you have been able to create a unique world of forms and colors which has long ago been acknowledged not only in Armenia but also abroad, at the prestigious exhibitions.

Your works in the performing arts, which greatly contributed to the development of the Armenian movie and theater arts, also deserve commendation.

I once again congratulate you on the occasion of your jubilee and wish you excellent health, new artistic achievements and all the best,” reads the congratulatory message of the President of Armenia.
