President Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to Mrs. Louise Manoogian Simone

President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the Honorary Member of the Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, benefactor Louise Simone Manoogian on the occasion of her 85th birth anniversary.

The message reads.
