President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of Bulgaria

President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev and congratulated him and the friendly people of Bulgaria on the occasion of Liberation Day.

President Sarkissian noted that Armenia attaches great importance to the relations with Bulgaria which are based on the friendship of our peoples, cultural and spiritual traditions.
