President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the Emperor of Japan

President Armen Sarkissian sent today a congratulatory message to His Majesty Emperor of Japan on the occasion of his accession to the throne.

President Sarkissian expressed confidence that the new Reiwa era’s name and message will inspire everyone to unite in the name of all-human values and the common future.
