President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of his birth anniversary. Armen Sarkissian expressed confidence that the traditionally friendly relations between Armenia and Tajikistan will contribute to the deepening of a mutually beneficial cooperation.
