President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of Neutrality Day celebrated in the country. President Sarkissian noted in particular that this special day signifies the desire of the Turkmen people to establish good relations with all countries.
