On the occasion of President Armen Sarkissian’s birthday anniversary, first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev sent a congratulatory message.

“In your person Armenia has a leader and a patriot who is employing all his abilities for the wellbeing of the country and people.

Kazakhstan and Armenia have been linked by friendly relations and mutual understanding for many years. I am confident that your activities in the future too, will promote the development of bilateral and multilateral cooperation for the benefit of the two peoples,” reads in particular the message of Nursultan Nazarbaev.
