President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Governor of the Emirate of Dubai, on his birthday.

President Sarkissian highly praised the personal contribution of Sheikh Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum to strengthening the friendly ties and development of cooperation between Armenia and the United Arab Emirates.

"I am convinced that the high-level relations of our countries based on mutual trust will further expand and deepen in the future through joint efforts, including new programs of perspective cooperation," reads the congratulatory message of President Sarkissian.
