President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulation letter to the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani on the occasion of the National Day.

"I am impressed by our brief conversation in the framework of 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Armenia attaches great importance to the existing high-level political dialogue between our countries and is ready to further expand and deepen effective cooperation.

I am hopeful that we will use all the opportunities to fully exercise the potential of cooperation in various fields for the benefit of our friendly peoples," reads the letter of President Khachaturyan.
