President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent congratulatory messages to the President and Spiritual Leader of Iran

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi on the occasion of the 45th Anniversary of the Victory of the Islamic Revolution.

"Armenia highly appreciates the close Armenian-Iranian relations dating back to centuries, the warm human contacts between our people, as well as the high-level political dialogue.

I am pleased to note that the Islamic Republic of Iran is not only a neighboring but also a friend country for us with which there is mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.

I am full of hope that thanks to joint efforts, interstate relations will further develop and strengthen for the benefit of our nations," stated the message.

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Seyyed Ali Khamenei as well.

"Friendly ties with Iran dating back to centuries have a special significance for Armenia and the Armenian people.

I believe due to the significant potential and political will existing in bilateral relations, the multifaceted Armenian-Iranian cooperation will continue to deepen and develop for the benefit of our nations," stated the message.
