President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Japan’s Emperor Naruhito on the occasion of the National holiday-His Majesty the Emperor’s birthday.

“I warmly congratulate You and the friendly people of Japan on the occasion of Japan’s National holiday-His Majesty the Emperor’s birthday.

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the ties between Armenia and Japan have been marked by close cooperation based on mutual respect and trust.

I am hopeful that, through joint efforts, we will continue to expand and deepen our bilateral cooperation in various fields for the benefit of our peoples.

I wish You good health and success, and I wish the friendly people of Japan peace and prosperity,” the message reads.
