The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, sent a congratulatory message to the President of Ireland, Michael Daniel Higgins, on the national holiday—St. Patrick’s Day.

“I am confident that the friendly ties and mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenia and Ireland, based on common values and mutual respect, will continue to develop and strengthen for the benefit of our peoples,” the message reads.
