President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, on the occasion of the national holiday—Independence Day.

“Armenia highly values the development of friendly relations with Latvia and is ready to strengthen the existing political dialogue and multifaceted cooperation for the benefit of our peoples.

I greatly appreciate Latvia’s consistent support for the democratic reforms being implemented in our country, as well as for the deepening and expansion of the partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the European Union,” the message reads.
