President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on the occasion of the national holiday, Independence Day.

“Armenia attaches great importance to the development and strengthening of friendly relations with Brazil based on mutual respect and trust.

I am confident that, through our joint efforts, we will deepen and expand the existing cooperation in various areas for the benefit of our peoples,” the message reads.
