President Serzh Sargsyan attended the opening ceremony of the 29th Summer Olympic Games in Beijing
On August 8, President Serzh Sargsyan attended the opening ceremony of the 29th Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.
Along with the other Heads of State, President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the reception held by the President of the People’s Republic of China.
On August 10, President Serzh Sargsyan visited the Olympic Village and met with the members of the Armenian Olympic team.
The President of Armenia greeted the athletes, conversed with them and inquired about their spirits and the ongoing preparations.
On August 11 President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the reception at the Armenian Embassy in Beijing which was organized in the framework of the “Armenia’s Day” event.
