Armenia is always open for you. Russia has become a second motherland for you and you have become her active and law abiding citizens. I have stated on many occasion and I am telling it now: to be a good Diaspora Armenian means to be a good citizen of one’s adoptive country, an active participant to that country’s political, economic, cultural, and social life.
