The President of the Russian Federation, Dmitri Medvedev, accompanied by the President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, visited the Yerevan Brandy factory
In the evening of Octover 20, the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitri Medvedev, accompanied by the President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, visited the Yerevan Brandy factory.
The Presidents of Armenia and Russia toured the factory, visited the maturing department, where they were introduced to the history and processing cycles of the world famous and the most prestigious Armenian brandy.
As the leader of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair country, Dmitri Medvedev stopped over the “Peace barrel“, where the brandy spirit of 1994, which symbolizes the cease-fire year, is being stored. By the way, the barrel is named “Peace” since it will be opened the day when the NK conflict finds its final resolution. President Medvedev made an inscription in the guest book of the factory.
Keeping with the tradition, at the Yerevan Brandy factory President Dmitri Medvedev was presented with a personal barrel of brandy.
