By the invitation of the President Serzh Sargsyan, the President of the Republic of Serbia, Boris Tadic will arrive to Armenia for a two day official visit

By the invitation of the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, the President of the Republic of Serbia, Boris Tadic will arrive to Armenia on July 28 for a two day official visit.

The official ceremony of welcoming the high guest will take place the same day at the Presidential Palace and will be followed by the private meeting of the two Presidents. The meeting of the two Presidents will continue in the extended format with the participation of the delegations, after which the Presidents of Armenia and Serbia will make statements for the press.

In honor of the President of Serbia, the President of Armenia will give an official dinner.

In the framework of his visit, Boris Tadic will meet with the Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sarkissian and will be hosted by the Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II.

The President of Serbia will visit the Great Yeghern memorial and lay a wreath at the monument to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, tour the Museum of Genocide and plant a tree in the Remembrance Park.

Boris Tadic will also pay respects and lay a wreath at the monument of the Yugoslav pilots whose plane crushed while rushing aid to the victims of the devastating earthquake in Spitak in 1988.

The President of Serbia will also visit the Matenadaran.

The delegation of the Serbian President comprises the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Trade and Services who will hold meetings with their Armenia counterparts.

The delegation of the President of Serbia will depart from Armenia on July 28.
