President Serzh Sargsyan received delegates of the Ramkavar Liberal Party
Today, President Serzh Sargsyan received delegates of the Ramkavar Liberal Party from the US, Canada, Europe and Middle East, who have arrived to Armenia to participate at the joint conference with the Armenakan party.
Serzh Sargsyan stressed the important role of Ramkavar party in the preservation of the Armenian identity, development of the Armenian culture and education, strengthening of the Armenia-Diaspora relations, and pursue of the Armenia cause. The President expressed hope that the conference would be instrumental in solving problems which face the party and enhance efficiency of their activities.
President Sargsyan conversed with the guests about the current developments in the Armenian-Turkish dialogue and answered their questions. “It is important for me to hear your opinion on this issue. As you know, I have initiated a Pan—Armenian tour to learn Diaspora’s views since I believe that while making momentous decisions for our nation and our state it is necessary to consult everyone. Irrespective of what these opinions are, I am ready to listen and explain the essence of this process,” the President of Armenia said.
The members of the delegation thanked President Sargsyan for the open and detailed discussion, noting that it alleviated existing worries. The guests wished the President of Armenia success and assured that they stand ready to support him in this process.
