The newly appointed Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Armenia presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan

Today, the newly appointed Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Armenia Zelko Janjetovic (residence in Moscow) presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.

President Sargsyan congratulated the Ambassador on his assignment and noting Armenia’s interest in developing relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, said that even though relations between our two countries were on the early stage, there were great opportunities for their development. Serzh Sargsyan expressed hope that with the direct participation of the Ambassador the existing potential would start to be realized and cooperation of the two countries on bilateral and multilateral levels would become more dynamic and efficient.

The sides stressed the importance of forming a necessary legal field for cooperation which will allow to carry on multifaceted cooperation.

Ambassador Zelko Janjetovic briefed the President of Armenia on the foreign policy priorities and economic situation in his country.

The President of Armenia and the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina exchanged views on the Balkan and South Caucasus regional issues and recent developments.
