By the July 20 decree of President Serzh Sargsyan, Vahagn Melikian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United Arab Emirates was simultaneously appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the State of Qatar (residence in Abu Dhabi).
