Sergei Manasarian was appointed Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia

President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Sergei Manasarian of his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Bulgaria.

By another decree of the President, Sergei Manasarian was appointed Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
