President Serzh Sargsyan received the Minister for Foreign Trade of UAE Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi
President Serzh Sargsyan received today the Minister for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, who has arrived to Armenia to participate at the first Armenian-UAE business conference.
The President highlighted the importance of conducting business conference and welcomed the visit of the UAE Minister for Foreign Trade, assessing the regular meetings and participation of over 50 entrepreneurs at the first business conference as a promising beginning for efficient cooperation.
The Minister for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi spoke with satisfaction about her meetings with the representatives of the executive and agreements reached during the conference. She noted that the sides discussed a number of issues of mutual interest which would be successfully implemented since the two countries make joint practical and efficient steps aimed at the further development of bilateral relations.
The parties underlined also the important role of the Armenia-UAE intergovernmental commission on cooperation and expressed hope that during its future session the commission would discuss, approve and implement many projects of mutual interest.
