President Sargsyan attended the final event of festive celebrations dedicated to the 140th birthday anniversary of Komitas
Today, at the Komitas Chamber Music Hall President Serzh Sargsyan attended the final event of festive celebrations dedicated to the 140th birthday anniversary of Komitas. Events dedicated to the jubilee included “To Komitas…” recital, presentation of the multimedia DVD “Komitas – life and work” electronic book, CDs on life and creative life of Komitas as well as books – “Komitas in the reflections of the contemporaries” musical monograph, illustrated album dedicated to Vardapet Komitas, musical collections for choral and solo performance, as well as Komitas’s entire collection of choral and spiritual pieces performed by the Chamber Music Choir of Armenia.
At the festive night at the Komitas Chamber Music Hall, President Serzh Sargsyan met with Vladimir Arzumanian who won the Junior Evrovision-2010 and his dancing group.
For brilliant victory and for the most dignified presentation of Armenia at the Junior Evrovision-2010, Vladimir Arzumanian received a letter of commendation from the President. Serzh Sargsyan also presented Vladimir and his dancing group with gifts and wished that that first success became a starting point for every success in their lives.
