They heard the President’s approach regarding the means to address those problems, including through the state assistance, and to improve business environment.

“We will try to use every opportunity to speak candidly with each other and discuss problems. Obviously, the improvement of business environment, disclosure of the existing problems and struggle with the obstacles are to be solved primarily by the state. However to rely exclusively on the state is not right. We should be able to get support of the business unions, on those people who are interested in the resolution of concrete problems.

I want to tell you all that any production established in the Republic on the innovative base, speaking plainly and without professional terms, will be producing a kind of production which is not produced in Armenia today, we, the state, are standing ready to assist, first of all through some tax incentives. For instance, we are ready to exempt them from the added value taxes; we are also ready to provide other assistance,” President Serzh Sargsyan said at the meeting with the entrepreneurs.
